In the year 2000 many changes were made in the Fire and Rescue truck markets to accommodate the vast amounts of equipment needed to perform the variety of tasks in the field. Re-filling SCBA bottles at the scene with a breathing air system was one of those tasks.


Resolve Specialty Products, LLC was started on July 11, 2000. The SpaceSaver® SCBA mobile air breathing system was patented on December 17, 2002. The invention of the SpaceSaver® fill enclosure was welcomed by providing the least amount of weight and space on the emergency response vehicles and fire fighting equipment. A compact high quality air control panel was followed with new ideas to save space and allow easier access for service. This air refill system is used in conjunction with DOT or ASME cylinders and air breathing compressors to provide a most efficient breathing air cascade system. Our heavy duty, custom built AIR, LIGHT and USAR trailer was designed and built in 2005. This was followed by the addition of a four bottle 22 air tank" wide SpaceSaver® air fill enclosure. The air fill station can be horizontal or vertical, used on fire fighting equipment or as a stationary air fill station in a fire station. The air cascade system is the only two (2) bottle 13 cylinders" wide and four (4) bottle 22 cylinders" wide fill enclosure in the market. Some of the largest air compressor dealers in the United States sell and service the SpaceSaver® air fill enclosures.
